It is with great pleasure that the North Ringwood Football Club announces Paris Harvie as our Senior Coach for the 2019 season.
With the resignation of Brett Moyle on the eve of the Pre-season due to work and family commitments, Paris Harvie and Eugene Hansen have been steering the pre-season training program to Christmas.
After advertising the coaching role in late November, we had approximately 15 applicants from across various competitions with varying experience.
After the interviewing process we felt even though the applicants were extremely credible, the work that Paris had done with our group to date, as well as the feedback from all involved, warranted us having a formal chat to Paris in regards to the senior coaching role, even though he didn’t apply for the job.
So after recent discussions we have formally come to an agreement this morning.
Paris has an extensive history both playing and coaching in the Eastern Football League and is a fantastic result for the North Ringwood Football Club.
Along with some recent fantastic signings, this caps off a wonderful December for the NRFC and we look forward to seeing everyone back fit and well when training resumes on 21st January.
Please join us in welcoming Paris and his family to the Quambee Community.
(Paris, above right, rapt to sign with Saints).
